Easy Green Smoothie

I just realized today, that Christmas is ten days away! It’s such an exciting time of the year. We are hosting a party on Friday night and then leaving to go on Christmas vacation on Saturday. Typically, Wiley and I will go home to North Carolina the week of Christmas and spend time there until New Years. This year we are going on vacation! We will be going to Washington DC until Christmas Eve. I think it will be super fun.

I’ve been prepping to leave which means there isn’t much time to cook. Sometimes I’ll make snacks throughout the week to have during the day but there hasn’t been much time recently. So… smoothies it is! I’ve got a couple of staple smoothies that are easy to make and always delicious and this is certainly one of them. I did use Amazing Grass in it, just to add a little nutrition boost but you don’t have to if you don’t have it. Add in your favorite plant-based protein or any kind of superfoods and call it done!

 

Easy Green Smoothie

Prep Time: 4 minutes

Serving Size: 1

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana, cut into pieces
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple pieces
  • 1 large handful of spinach
  • 1 scoop Amazing Grass Immunity Defense
  • ¼ cup mixed dried berries

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients except for the mixed berries in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Top with mixed berries.
