Healthy, On-the-Go Snacking

It’s August! Which means it’s back to school time, calendars are filling up and schedules aren’t as flexible. We have exactly 90 days until our baby boy’s due date and so we are starting ourselves on a new schedule. We’ve decided to set the alarm a little bit earlier to get up and workout (for Wiley that means running and for me that means walking or yoga or strength training), have breakfast together and get the day started with lots of energy. Since our schedules will be turned upside down come November, we thought it would be good to go ahead and get a jump start on a new routine.

As life continues to fill up, it’s super important to me to keep my health on the forefront. I would say the most asked question I get is “what are some easy, healthy snacks to eat on the go?”. I think this is one of the hardest things to do when trying to stay on track but thankfully, there are brands like Peeled Snacks to help!
